The simpleist lighting for night photography is available light. You need your camera, a tripod or other support and a cable release. Unfortunately you also have the least control. Basiclly you take what you get.
This was taken after sundown but before full dark. The exposure in the stalls matches the sky so some blue and pink are seen.
