Appropriately costumed people add a lot to a picture as do head lights, class lights, smoke and steam.

Here we had them all.  The ladies were perhaps a little early for the locomotive but I don't mind at all.  They got quite cold braving the fall evening in Silverton.

The long exposure means the ladies aren't sharp as it is difficult to hold still for a long exposure.
