Eureka was lighted with a portable flash with an orange filter giving a normal appearance to the lighted areas.  Tungsten film was used  resulting in the strong blue of the rest of the frame.

This can be duplicated using a digital camera by switching the color balance to tungsten from daylight or automatic.
